Delete your Gomly data
From the app
Go to Account → Sign out. We immediately delete from our server:
- your Riot session (tokens and cookies),
- your Riot ID, your player identifier and your region,
- that device’s notification token.
We don’t store anything else about you, so after that none of your data is left.
If you no longer have the app
Write to support@taply.click with your Riot ID (name#tag). We delete all associated data within 30 days at most and confirm once it’s done.
You can also change your Riot account password: that invalidates the session we store, and our server deletes it automatically when it can no longer renew it.
What takes a little longer
The server’s technical logs may keep your player identifier until they rotate and overwrite themselves. They never contain tokens or passwords.
